Parents or legal guardians are responsible for informing Play 'N' Kindle in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, sensory sensitivities, behavioural concerns, special needs, or other relevant information that may affect their child's participation. This enables us to provide the safest and most appropriate experience possible.

While Play 'N' Kindle takes every reasonable precaution to provide a safe and engaging environment, participation in children's activities involves inherent risks associated with play, movement, and exploration. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a parent, legal guardian, or designated caregiver aged 18 years or older must remain present and responsible for the child throughout the session. Play 'N' Kindle shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, property damage, or other incidents resulting from undisclosed participant information, failure to follow safety instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Play 'N' Kindle reserves the right to modify, substitute, postpone, reschedule, or cancel activities, materials, schedules, programs, services, instructors, or event details whenever necessary due to safety requirements, operational needs, participant welfare, or unforeseen circumstances.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation from Play 'N' Kindle. Service fees, packages, products, promotions, and availability may be updated without prior notice. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Photography and videography are governed by our Media Consent Policy. Parents or legal guardians who do not wish their child to appear in photographs or videos must notify Play 'N' Kindle in writing before the scheduled session or event.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Additional time cannot be guaranteed, and the full session fee remains payable.

Children are encouraged to participate at their own pace and comfort level. Activities may be adapted to suit each child's age, interests, developmental stage, abilities, and individual needs. Participation in every activity cannot be guaranteed.

Play 'N' Kindle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings during sessions, workshops, events, or other activities.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this website, Play 'N' Kindle does not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or free from errors or omissions. Website content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
